It’s Anzac Day which is monumental day for all Australians. However, this day is extra significant to my mum and I. It’s the day we arrived to Australia as immigrants and made this our home.
We are always grateful to be living in country that helps us celebrate our culture of where we can from and also help be part of the Australian culture. We will always be thankful. Gracias to community 🙏

Its that time of the year, Pan de Pascua! If you’re asking yourself what is that? Well it’s our Chilean Christmas bread with spices, nuts and fruits. Everyone makes it different and like every else we make this is Patty’s recipe, which you know has her own touch and made with amor.
