There are many hairdressers who, like myself, were academic enough to get into uni- but chose not to and still totally smashed their career without a degree in sight. The good news is this. There is a huge lack of intelligent, creative and hardworking young people coming into our industry. Why is that good news? Because if you have half a brain and a good work ethic you could be a huge player with an insane career. This is your opportunity to be a big player. We need you, we need your drive, we need your energy. Screw uni if it’s not your vibe, there is more than one way to be successful in this world. -
