AlphaSys is a provider of cloud technology solutions to help organisations improve the way they work.
The Children's Medical Research Institute (CMRI) is dedicated to advancing the treatment and prevention of childhood diseases, so every child has the opportunity for a healthy start to life.
CMRI’s existing fundraising platform was more than 10 years old. Built on technology originally intended as an ERP system and offered limited functionality for the fundraising team.
Now with Salesforce's Non Profit Cloud and AlphaSys' Web Integration Toolkit, CMRI are thrilled with their fast and responsive new system:
“We’re able to build a visible pipeline and be far more strategic in our approach to potential donors as well as our existing donor partners. It’s helping us improve how we communicate with our donors, how we select our donors, how we plan our campaigns.." - Jane Ruston, Fundraising Operations Manager, CMRI.

As the education sector has evolved and grown in complexity, our latest webinar addressed taking a platform approach, to enable best of breed solutions while empowering technology teams to address challenges of fragmented digital ecosystems.
Watch the recording where our CEO, Justin Yoon alongside Anthony England, Jeremy Kwok and Saurabh Singh shared how they have been overcoming this challenge, and how they’re benefitting from best-in-class (no pun intended!) CRM systems that harness the power of data to create better outcomes for every stage of the 'future to former' student journey and communities. https://buff.ly/3H6LG2E
The Australian Scholarships Foundation focusses on funding and facilitating scholarships for Australian not-for-profit directors and staff to undertake education, training and mentoring programs that improve their ability to lead and manage their organisations.
The Australian Scholarships Foundation hoped to expand the number and range of scholarships they offer, but their outdated systems couldn’t support their growth without substantially increasing the costs of administration.
We worked with the Australian Scholarships Foundation to replace their manual workarounds, siloed systems and seemingly endless Excel spreadsheets with a refreshed website and a powerful Salesforce CRM platform! By automating these processes, they have freed up capacity to coordinate more scholarships without increased administration costs. Read more here: https://buff.ly/3CWsEJx

Throughout September, every AlphaSys employee across Australia and The Philippines took a Friday of their choice as additional paid leave. After the personal and professional challenges we’ve all experienced throughout the pandemic, checking in with the wellbeing of our people has been extremely important.
We all looked forward to taking this time to help mentally, physically and emotionally recharge. Activities we did on our day off involved cleaning a koi pond, chilling a on trampoline, delivering food to a dingo rescue, having a picnic and exploring the uninhabited Patawan island!
UNICEF Australia COO, Sarah Grattan, presented during last week’s Salesforce Dreamforce event on how the not-for-profit transformed its technology stack in order to lift donor engagement.
