Coach Charlie Roberts
Charlie (the overseas import) moved to Australia 2 years ago to further pursue his rugby career for Randwick in Sydney. Unfortunately a string of injuries cut his time in Sydney short.
In England, Charlie had completed his equivalent L3+L4 qualifications in personal training while also studying at Loughborough University.
He thrives on being able to be a part of changing peoples lives for the better while also having fun along the way.
Charlie has helped a wide variety of people, from professional athletes, to busy parents who have minimal time to exercise.
He mainly specialises in Weight Loss and the occasional athlete.
His light hearted attitude is what attracted him to RevFit as the culture of the gym is not to be too serious and enjoy yourself as much as possible while still testing your own limits.

Adam's journey in the fitness industry began in his teenage years when he found himself naturally gravitating towards coaching at a local boxing gym. This early experience ignited his passion for fitness, leading him to complete his certificate 3 & 4 in fitness. Before founding REVFIT, Adam honed his skills by managing gym facilities and even took on the challenges of working as an electrician.
Throughout his career, Adam has been driven by a love for helping others achieve their goals. His commitment to personal growth and learning has led him to seek out leaders in the fitness industry, gaining valuable insights both locally in Australia and across the United States.
In 2021, amid the challenges of the COVID pandemic, Adam embarked on his latest venture, starting REVFIT. His experiences in life, particularly the tough lessons, have only deepened his appreciation for the role fitness plays in building resilience. He firmly believes that the daily challenges offered by fitness are essential for personal growth and well-being.
What Adam enjoys most about the fitness industry is the sense of community it fosters. You will often find him chatting on the gym floor, connecting with members, and sharing in their journeys. For Adam, these interactions are the most rewarding part of his day.

Bailey's journey with RevFit is one of dedication and passion, rooted in his love for sports and fitness. Bailey has excelled in rugby union, proudly representing the Farrer First XIII and making his mark in Central North competitions. Beyond rugby, Bailey's athletic spirit extends to golf, soccer, cricket, and oztag, showcasing his versatility and commitment to staying active.
His path to becoming a coach and head of athletic development at RevFit began during his school years when he undertook a school-based traineeship, earning his Certificate III in Fitness. Now pursuing his Certificate IV in Personal Training, Bailey is driven by a desire to empower others on their fitness journeys.
Bailey's approach is defined by community and teamwork, values instilled through his sports background and nurtured at RevFit. He believes that the supportive environment and camaraderie within the RevFit community are essential for motivating individuals to push beyond their limits and achieve their fitness goals. For Bailey, it's not just about physical transformation; it's about fostering enjoyment and fulfillment in every member's journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
As Bailey continues to grow and inspire at RevFit, his dedication to helping others achieve their best selves remains at the heart of his coaching philosophy.

Brad grew up in Tamworth where he attended Farrer Memorial Agriculture High school. After completing his HSC, he moved to Sydney where he spent 2 years playing for Eastwood Rugby Club. During his time in Sydney, he discovered his passion for training and pursued his PT Qualifications.
The COVID pandemic forced Brad to move home where he was then drawn to REVFITS style of training and is currently working at REVFIT as a Personal Trainer. Brad understands the importance of being physically and mentally healthy. The one thing he enjoys the most with being part of the fitness industry is being able to make a positive impact on his client's lives.
Bradโs roles have recently changed since becoming part owner of Revfit and Active fitness, as now he has taken a step back from running as many classes to focus on 1 on 1 PT Sessions and more work behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly.
In early 2024 Brad became one of REVFITโs Directors. Something we as a team are all proud of.

Strength Classes (Tuesday / Thursday)
> Our main goal for this 12 Week Block is to hit or set our new 1rm for each of our compound movements (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Strict Press). Over the 12 weeks you will see in slide 2 & 3 our focus of rep range for our compound lifts which will finish with Week 11 and 12 being our testing weeks. Our accessory movements will follow our compound lifts each session and will very from High Reps, Giant Sets, Supersets, EMOMs, Drop Sets etcโฆ
Itโs important to record all compound lifts each session to ensure we are progressive overloading. For example Week 1 you may Squat 8reps for 50kg, 2weeks later you will squat again and your goal should be to squat 55 - 65kg for 6 reps to ensure we are maximising our Strength gains.
Remember, ITS OKAY TO FAIL A REP!

A passionate advocate for sport, fitness, and the transformative power of perseverance. From a young age, Amanda excelled as a soccer player until challenges with her knees necessitated double knee replacement surgeries. It was during this period, encouraged by Adam, that Amanda redirected her focus from retail to embark on a fulfilling fitness journey.
Amanda's path led her into the Disability sector as a dedicated support worker. Inspired by her clients' resilience and zest for life, Amanda found her calling in merging fun and fitness within the disability community. Her goal as a trainer is to create inclusive, enjoyable fitness experiences that promote health and vitality for all.
Having navigated her own surgeries and life changes, Amanda empathizes deeply with clients facing similar challenges. Her recent certifications in Certificate III and IV in Fitness from Tamworth Fitness College equip her with the knowledge and skills to guide individuals through recoveries, rehabilitation, and personal fitness goals.
Amanda's journey is a testament to strength, compassion, and the belief that fitness is for everyone, regardless of circumstance. She looks forward to empowering others on their own paths to wellness, demonstrating firsthand that with dedication and support, achieving the seemingly impossible is within reach.

Jaimie, who joined us in March 2022 after moving to Tamworth to support her partner's business expansion. With a background of 10 years in nursing, specializing in operating theatres, Jamie's journey to fitness coaching was sparked during the challenges of the COVID pandemic and the joy of becoming a mother to her daughter in September 2022.
Jaimie found her fitness home at REVFIT right from the start and hasn't looked back. The supportive and inclusive atmosphere here has not only kept her engaged but also empowered her to pursue a new career path as a personal trainer.
Her passion lies in women's health and pre/post-natal training. Jamie believes strongly in educating and supporting women to exercise safely, whether they're returning to fitness post-pregnancy or navigating fitness at different stages of life.
