We have been busy installing Height Safety Systems around our region lately with the latest ones being completed in Armidale over the weekend.

We turned 5 today!!
The past 5 years has flown by and we are extremely thankful for all the support we have received from everyone over this time.
Looking forward to what the next 5 years has in store for us!

A big thank you to Catherine and the LessPlex crew for conducting our unannounced drug screen testing this morning.

This testing is an important part of our strict WHSE Zero Tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy we have here at Obieco Industries.

We are proud of our 100% compliance rate today.

Recently Mitch and Jeff were invited to attend the opening ceremony for one of our recently completed projects.
This project value exceeded $230M and LessPlex played a key role in the WHS management and achieved outstanding results with no LTIs!!
The boys attended site daily to ensure the WHS and compliance was maintained by everyone on site at all times.
Roles changed a lot through COVID with us also taking on antigen testing to keep the site running and training as needed. We do our best to fill in any gaps wherever we can.
Very proud of our efforts and always a pleasure to attend the opening ceremony after putting in all the hard work.

LessPlex Learning and Development Day 👷🏼‍♀️
2021 has been a huge year for LessPlex. We hit the ground running and have formed the perfect team with Jeff and Kellie jumping on board.
There hasn’t been any down time lately so we decided that a L&D day was necessary.
Anna and Kel got out of the office to see what the boys have been up to - with a large portion of Mitch and Jeff’s time being on one of the largest electrical infrastructure upgrades in NSW, it was great for the girls to get an understanding of what the job involves and see for themselves just how complex it is.
We walked through a couple of our monthly site audits for and gave them a close look at some of our height safety installs we have recently completed.
Finishing off the day with an amazing lunch and some shooting fun . Perfect end to a great day.
