We have been lucky enough to take part in the Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures school program. Today each student will be taking home a smile pack. Colgate aims to make it easy to help kids learn healthy oral care habits that will last a lifetime.

✨🪄📚Book Week is approaching fast! See our canteen specials below. Preorder on FlexiSchools from today until Tuesday August 20. Orders will be given to students on Book Parade day, Friday 23 August.

3-6 ASSEMBLY

Today's assembly will be hosted by 3L. If you are attending, please arrive by 2.40 for a 2.45 start, via the Church St gate.

If you arrive prior to 2.30 you will have to enter via the front office on Bridge St.

📸School photos are scheduled for Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 September.

***This year, orders will be online only. No envelopes will be sent home.***

DUBBO EXCURSION UPDATE:

Stage 2 buses are due to arrive at approximately 5.00pm

MILSON ISLAND UPDATE:

Stage 3 buses are making good time and are due back at approximately 4.30pm.

💚💛This Friday, Tamworth West Public School will be participating in the national 'Green and Gold Day’ initiative to show our support for the Australian Olympic Team. Students in Years K – 6 are encouraged to come to school wearing green and gold m***i with enclosed sports shoes. 💚💛

This is not a fundraiser so a gold coin is not required.

Our Stage 3 students arrived safe and well at Milson Island yesterday and are having the time of their lives! 🚲🌿🌳

The Stage 3 Milson Island excursion is next week, from Monday 29 July to Friday 2 August.

Buses will be departing on Monday 29 July 2024 - 5.30am

ATHLETICS CARNIVAL:

We currently have a number of consent forms which have not been submitted for next week's athletics carnival. If you haven't already, please ensure you complete this form and make payment ASAP in the school bytes app.

PARENT-TEACHER INTERVIEWS:

Today is the final day to book interviews. Bookings will be closed at midnight tonight.

Please check your booking times and ensure you have the correct dates before arriving at school for an interview. Interviews will run from Monday 24 June to Friday 5 July (Weeks 9 & 10).

🍪🍪🍪Cookie dough orders will be available for collection today between 3.00-3.45pm from the hall! Entry via Church St pedestrian gate.

MAJOR EXCURSION INFORMATION NIGHT:

A reminder that the information night for both Stage 2 and 3 major excursions is happening tonight from 5.30 to 6.30pm. Entry via Church St pedestrian gate.

All parents/carers of Stage 2 and Stage 3 students attending the major excursions are encouraged to attend, however, all information presented tonight will be communicated via School Bytes.

Don't forget to book your parent-teacher interviews via the School Bytes app. You can access this easily from the app's home screen, where you should see a banner inviting you to book interviews. If you do not see this option, you may need to update the app.

Bookings close this Friday 21 June.

STAGE 2 DUBBO EXCURSION:

Today is the FINAL day to give consent and pay the non-refundable deposit for the Dubbo excursion. This can be done via the School Bytes app.
