Tamworth parkrun , today 150 people walked. Ran and pushed prams in the beautiful weather. This is thanks to the wonderful volunteers today . Photos will be uploaded tonight . Thank you

Tomorrow is parkrun day.

All essential volunteer spots are filled, we could do with a photographer though!!!

* No barcode no result - your barcode can now be on your phone;
* Keep left at all times as we use a shared path;
* One dog per runner/walker;
* Under 11's with in an arms reach of parents or guardian;
* Cross the line once only;
* Hand in your token after you have finished;
* First timers briefing at 7.50 am; and
* Main briefing at 7.55 am.

This week 138 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 23 were first timers and 20 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 14 different clubs took part.

Tamworth parkrun started on 27th September 2014. Since then 7,163 participants have completed 67,109 parkruns covering a total distance of 335,545 km, including 8,976 new Personal Bests. A total of 781 individuals have volunteered 5,743 times.

This week 120 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 22 were first timers and 16 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 11 different clubs took part.
We had visitors from Hervey Bay parkrun, Gladstone, Dubbo parkrun, Gosford, Woy Woy parkrun, The Ponds parkrun, Rouse Hill parkrun, Frenches Frost. Welcome to our first time parkrunners/walkers.
First runner/ first female runner Hannah J 20:08, first male runner Mark G 21:19.

This weekend 73 brave/crazy people ran, jogged and walked Tamworth parkrun.

Our first finisher was Josh McRae in a time of 18:52 and our first female across the line was Sienna Edmunds in a time of 23:00.
