Whilst it is a sewerage treatment plant, it is pretty special place.
The Whitsunday Islands - Cardwell FNQ.
It took 3 days 2000km’s each way to deliver the goods.

Some customers ask us how big our bath is. I then ask an easier question- How big is your job!
As you can see in this picture, we can handle the largest of fabricated items.
These pipes were 13 metres long.

Timer move a lot of SS out of the premises.
Our customer Murray Engineering has fabricated a lot of pipe work for a new sewerage treatment plant on Bribe Island in Queensland.
There are 2 semi trailers loading at 10.00am for a 7.00am delivery the next day.
APPS has been picking the pipes up as they were fabricated and then pickling and passivating. We then packed them and stored the pipes until the whole job was ready to be transported.
Thanks to the team at Murray Eng for entrusting APPS to transport and treat.

We welcomed a new customer in April.
JBC Yacht Engineering in Sydney 02 9188 0825.
The owner George has asked to pickle and passivate the SS 316 and 2507 grade castings for the Seahawk range of low drag self feathering and folding sailboat and yacht propellers.
After the propellers have been machined we get them back again and the we make them bling like this one pictured.
These propellers are sold globally.
We have established a great relationship with George and look forward to working with him into the future.

We are about halfway through the 1000m walkway in Vaucluse.
Our customer Elite Fabrications in North Wyong is fabricating these panels and posts.

This vessel weighed in around 50 tonnes.

Our customer has sent us 5 of these 4mm thick 1500 diameter spiral welded pipes 6 metres long to be pickled

Tonight we are off to Port Douglas with a load of pickled material for a new water treatment plant
Should be there on Friday.

Here we are delivering a vessel to Millmerran Power station for one of our good customers.

Today we had a VERY big surprise visit from Frank Morris the Managing Director of SRL UK (Stainless Restoration Limited) one of the largest Pickling, Passivation , Electro Polishing ,Glass bead blasting and plastic fabrication companies in the UK.
It was great, Frank spent a few hours with us exchanging stories and showing us a few tricks of the trade.

These pipes are for hydraulics on a machine to compress hay bales - I’m told.
