Mindful May, Mindful Eating ๐
The Fit Labโs Dietitian, Tayla, shares her three top tips for mindful eating:
๐ Eat without distractions: eat at the table, away from your work, computer, tv or phone
๐ Try to take notice of how your food tastes โ this could mean slowing down your eating so that you can take the time to enjoy it
๐ Tune in to your hunger and fullness: Am you really hungry or are you bored/sad? The other side is slowing down your eating which gives you time to connect to what feeling full without being uncomfortable feels like.
