Ballard New Build 🏠

This week has seen us start on this beautiful big new build.

It’s been all hands on deck to get this job off the ground with its 7m high ceilings and very different requirements!

We look forward to sharing the finished product with you in the coming weeks.

After a wonderful break over the Christmas and New Year period, our office has re-opened and our boys are back on site!

2023 has been another wonderful and busy year for Patterson's Signature Plastering! Thank you to each and every builder, supervisor, client, supplier and sub-contractor we have worked with this year.

We are taking a much needed break and will close the office at 5pm today. We will re-open on Monday 22nd of January, 2024.

We spent the last couple of weeks in Inglewood working on QBuild houses. Hot way to finish off the year with most days reaching 44 degrees!

Congratulations to Josh & Matt who this week finished the second year of their apprenticeships!

Lust Lash and Brow Bar - Herries St 🏠

With three ladies in our family, Lust is their absolute favourite place to visit for brows and soon they’ll have a brand new location!

It was a pleasure to work on this church conversion. With 4m high ceilings, this build is going to be pretty spectacular once finished!

Matchett Construction has new offices on Ruthven St… perfect location you can’t miss them!

We were on site last week to help get them ready for opening!

Set of duplexes we recently completed at Highfields. Back last week to finish off the bulkheads in the kitchen and it’s looking pretty good.

Gowrie Mountain Extension 🏠

The end result of an under house extension. The client has built in under this beautiful home - so much more space for their family now and we think the plastering looks pretty great!

Most of our projects are on a large scale, however occasionally we squeeze in a little job for our loyal builders!

Nardoo St Renovation 🏡

Our main focus at Patterson’s Signature Plastering is new homes.

As a business we generally have between 2-4 new homes on the go each week.

This week however has been all about renovations. We finished the week off with this small Reno at Nardoo St.

Perth St 🏡

It was a pleasure to work on this large renovation and extension in Toowoomba.

Another beautiful home being restored to its original glory with a few modern touches!

We can’t wait to see the end result ❤️ This one will hit the market once complete - we’re pretty sure it won’t last long!

Nass Rd Extension 🏠

Beautiful high ceilings and big skylights to let in lots of natural light!

This project was a pleasure to work on.

Occasionally we manage to sneak a day in to work on the renovations of our own house… today was one of those days!

Long St Renovation 🏡

2023 has seen us hit the ground running! Our team has been busy delivering mostly new homes but a few large renovations too!

This reno was a delight to work on with massive skylights and beautiful fancy cornice.

Patterson's Signature Plastering will be closed from Friday 16th December until our return on Monday 16th January.

We've been a little quite on the social media front this year but don't worry there has been so much going on behind the scenes!

While our business has continued to thrive this year and our team has continued to grow, we've also had some pretty special events keeping us very busy!

Our eldest daughter had her 18th, graduated year 12, had her formal and headed overseas a matter of hours after! Now she's awaiting ATAR results with the plan of studying a double degree in law and business at UQ next year.

Our youngest daughter played for QLD twice this year for hockey! She captained her team in Canberra and also played in Tasmania. She was named junior sportswoman of the year at Glennie and received academic distinction for her first year of highschool.

One more week of work and we are very much looking forward to closing for a month! Starting with a nice relaxing cruise overseas!
