Day 3 of Conference on the !!!

When you get inspired you get moving…time to move people!

I may have been at the end of the Awards Night (no cigar this year!) and in my blingy runners, sweaty hair and no lipstick, but I had an amazing night of catching up with sooo many NutriPals and dancing and celebrating!

Here’s to another Nutri Conference🥂

🎊A New Year’s Thinkings:
Good riddance to a year that started ok but challenged me for the last half!
I had a dancing injury from 2021 that meant I couldn’t dance for the first 6 months of ‘22 which really sucked.
But then the back half of the year saw me with a viral sickness, Covid and a broken and severely sprained foot…🖕
6 months of health issues can feel like it’s wearing you down. And it’s tested me mightily….

However the reason I chose this VERY unglamorous photo to start the year is because it represents the direction I am going for 2023 - I can’t ride backwards on my new e-bike!

The only resolutions I make these days is to not make resolutions…
So here’s to pedaling forward with a little assistance at the start and of course on all those hills and a cool coast down them when it’s possible!
