Due to continued growth, Neil Mansell Transport is expanding our Broome WA based team and is seeking 1 full time Data Entry/Admin Support person, as well as 1 part time Data Entry Admin Support person. Neil Mansell Transport is a large provider of freight services from Perth to Northwest communities, Broome through to Darwin, Brisbane and Adelaide.

The full-time position is Monday to Friday, with additional hours when required. Not all days will be eight hours, fleet movements dictate hours to be worked.

The part time position would suit a person working school hours. Efficient, accurate data entry is a must for entering con notes and to manifest the freight departing the depot.

A large part of the roles is also receiving pickup requests from our customers or their suppliers. These are taken via phone and email. A good understanding of English for clear communications and instructions is also very necessary.

Pay is based on competency and knowledge.

We are seeking applicants who are happy and calm, and not phased learning new computer programs. It would be beneficial if you understand the variations of freight. Additional administration support duties are but not limited to, scanning POS's filing and archiving.
