Process.
We source fresh hops locally grown and processed ready for instant brewing, ensuring rich tastes, flavours and currents are able to be passed through the brewing process. Yeast. Our yeast is grown within the Victorian high country, churned milled and delivered to our brewery within days. A combination of ingredients and a delicate brewing process enables our flavours to be amplified to an extent and experience of no other.

Our Story
Founded in 2012 Bells Brewing Co is locally owned and produces boutique artisan beers using only the highest grade malts, yeast and fresh hops with our recipes requiring refined and precise brewing processes. We provide a point of difference to the market as we do not mix our malts with lower grade malts to increase margins and our passion for the product is displayed through active involvement in all areas of production. We genuinely believe there is not another craft beer like this on the market that utilises the same high grade ingredients, unique, refined recipes and holistic customer service. Containing no added preservatives or other nasties our range perfectly complements the modern degustation or can be enjoyed on its own.
