This weeks Green Goddess Hummus was a hit! Packed to the brim with fresh fresh herbs, beautiful freshly squeezed lemon juice, Tahini and a hint of garlic. And not forgetting the crispy roasted chickpeas on top. More like this to come!

What a delight cooking up some fresh abalone caught by my son and his mate. The abalone was sliced using an industrial food processor with a super sharp blade, then cooked quickly with some butter, chilli, garlic, olive oil, capers, lemon zest and parsley. Absolutely delicious 🤤

I’m on a term two missions to find some new quick and easy meals for my family. This sautéed organic beef and spinach with lemon and pine nuts was just ok according to my teenage son? Served with rice, apparently I needed to up the flavour 🤷♀️. I thought it was pretty good!
Like Gado Gado? Try using black rice to mix things up a bit? So easy to make if you have a little left over rice to use up. 😋
Can we really have enough chocolate? Well I just really wanted to try out this recipe for a chocolate Panna Cotta with Hazelnut Praline. I’m not going to lie, it was pretty dam good!!!!

Giving thanks to our peach tree! So much fruit this year! It’s amazing what you can grow in small spaces and how much reward you can get. And let’s face it home grown always tastes so much better!

I’ve been playing around with a few French style stuffed tomatoes this week and one lonely zucchini! Filled with a delicious beef mixture and served on a slow cooked tomato style sauce. I’m contemplating putting these on as a new menu item 🤔🍅🍅🍅
