What a fantastic weekend at the North Queensland Optometry and Allied Health Seminar and North Queensland Eye Health Forum! We had a great time connecting with fellow professionals, gaining valuable insights, and learning about the latest innovations in eye care. Thank you to all our attendees, speakers, and sponsors for making this event a success. Letβs continue working together to promote better eye health for all!
Today we attended βFuture Townsville - Towards 2040β and heard about the future of health care in NQ and the importance of collaboration to reach our potential as a health care super hub. Thanks to Mater, Townsville Hospital and Health Service and The Townsville Bulletin for hosting this event.
NQ Eye Foundation is proud to be supporting the future medical workforce of our region.
We recently teamed up with James Cook University College of Medicine and Dentistry , NQ Eye Specialists and North Queensland Eye Clinic to deliver Clinical Ophthalmology Workshops in Townsville and Cairns to 6th year Medical students.
