UPDATE: Our event won’t go ahead this weekend. We are really sorry, the pub is still without power and Wildfire HQ are now limping into the finish line with the help of our trusty generator. Our chicken guy took a trip to Cairns over Christmas and had a superb time at Soy Kitchen Street Food. It wasn’t chicken, but, it was so good! Highly recommend!

Quick mid week Dins!! Roasted roma tomato, chilli, salami, pine nuts, spinach penne pasta. This one’s for grandpa Wildfire. But I can confirm it’s good - taste tested for quality control!👍😂

Seafood BBQ - Ok, it’s not smoked via an offset, but I was cooked on a Ziggy. I introduce, skin on salmon fillets, NQ tiger prawns, bbq’d sea scallops, morrocan cous cous with bbq’d mushrooms, spinach and a wicked smoked feta. t’was verrryyy good!!!

Sneaky Sunday reverse sear! Team member Steve has smashed out a rib on the bone from The Meat Barn Currajong, smoked on the Traeger Grills Australia Ironwood 885 from Barbeques Galore Townsville and then finished on the Ziggy. Some thyme, rosemary and garlic potatoes, house salad with Feta and a cheeky bottle of red. What a meal!

Huge congratulations to these boys for taking out 2nd place in the chicken category and 7th overall in the Townsville BBQ Battle 2023. We are so proud of you.
