1️⃣ Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate: Drinking plenty of water throughout the day helps keep your body and skin hydrated, including your lips.

2️⃣ Exfoliate gently: Regularly exfoliating your lips helps remove dead skin cells and promotes smoother, healthier lips.

3️⃣ Protect from the elements: Extreme temperatures, wind and sun exposure can all contribute to dry lips. Protect them by using lip balms with SPF when outdoors.

4️⃣ Avoid licking your lips: Although it may provide temporary relief, licking your lips can actually worsen the dryness.

5️⃣ Nighttime care: Before bedtime, apply a generous amount of lip balm to your lips.

Remember, prevention is key, but if you're already dealing with dry, cracked lips, be patient and consistent with your routine.
