2024 updated staff hours and Cancellation Policy !!

As of Today we are starting to enforce our “no- show” and “cancelation” Policy

By making an appointment at Sizzas you agree to the terms and conditions that:
- If your appointment is not confirmed within 12hrs of your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and available for another client.
- If you are more then 15mins late for your appointment without notice you will be rescheduled and charged for that days service.
- Within making an online booking you will be required to provide card details to have your booking confirmed. If you fail to attend your appointment you will loose your deposit (unless the appointment is rescheduled then the deposit will carry over to that appointment)

Unfortunately due to only having very limited Appointments available with our current stylist and wanting to be able to service all of our amazing current and new clients we have had to implement these new terms and a condition to make it fair not only on our stylist but also for our clients needing appointments.
