Be careful when getting a pre purchase inspection at the moment, we are getting called to a lot of properties for termite treatment quotes following an inspection by a “pest inspector😳” only to get there and find out the “termites” are in fact harmless ants, or the house that desperately needs a barrier treatment, has Termseal or similar. We are not sure if these people are lying, trying to scam the seller or genuinely don’t know what they are doing. It costs nothing to get a second opinion.

It was so awesome to be a sponsor, a rider and a parent at the Tiny Mountain Brewery Tour of the North. The competition was extremely high with competitors coming from all over the not locked down parts of Australia. Our two little riders had a great weekend as well. Thanks to all involved, looking forward to next year.

Steven and his son Jack will be participating in this year’s Banish the Black Dog Charity Ride from Townsville to Ayr and back on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th of May.

The Banish the Black Dog Charity Bike Ride is a cycling tour promoted by the Rotary Club of Townsville Central to raise awareness of mental health issues in our community, and to raise funds to aid research into the causes and treatments of mental health disorders.
