I’ve had some absolute amazing sessions over the last couple of weeks. My bucket is overfilled. Thank you to everyone who has had a session with me and a big shout out to all the newbies. Thanks for trusting me and the allowing me to work with you all ❤️❤️

This reiki stuff really blows my mind. I just did a distant healing on a young boy who I’ve never meet. His mum provided me with his name and a photo and that was it. The messages and feelings that came up during the reiki for him and his mum were next level and bang on.
I can’t explain how it happens but I am so lucky to be able to do what I do. Thank you to everyone who has played apart in this journey that I’m on.

Kalm with Kathy - Reiki will be attending the Wellness Expo 2023! Kalm with Kathy - Reiki

Kathy is a level 2 Reiki practitioner and provides this service outside of my full time office job.

She is very fortunate to have a room that she practices from at an amazing Traralgon gym, CME Fit on Franklin CME FIT on Franklin

Reiki is a Japanese technique used to help reduce stress, promote relaxation and wellbeing and can increase energy levels.

This hands on healing practice allows me to deliver and exchange energy to and from your body improving flow and balance to support you.

Sounding ‘quite out there and Whoo whooing’ it is. Not until you experience what it can do can you appreciate what it’s about.

What Kathy loves about doing reiki is that it’s safe to do on anyone. She’s helped kids as young as 9.

“People come in, feeling heavy with the world on their shoulders, sad, not themselves, their mind running a million miles an hour (the list goes on). After an hour session I love seeing the person leaving motivated, calm, head help high, as if they have had a full body massage (the list goes on).” - Kathy

Kathy provides a safe place where people can leave their issues and express themselves freely. She doesn’t diagnose but will suggest seeking medical practitioners/specialists for things that may come up during a session.

Kathy also uses crystals, essential oils and oracle cards to assist with your healing.
