We are super proud to announce the BFN team took out the 2024 MBV Regional Commercial Builder of the Year - Eastern Division award for our amazing St Pauls Futures Centre Project in Traralgon last night.
A massive thankyou to the Master Builders Association of Victoria for an awesome event, we look forward to the MBV Excellence in Construction awards in August.

DAHLSENS BAIRNSDALE

The BFN crew have been busy in Bairnsdale building this new Truss, Frame and Trade Centre. The 26,000m2 site has 7,825m2 of building under roof and the rest concrete hard stand.
We looking forward to handing over this project later this year

RIP Quaifey, you will be forever missed

With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of one of our much-loved Malady team members, Bailey Quaife.
Bailey's life was tragically taken in the early hours of this morning.

Bailey, also known as "Quaifey", was a 4th year apprentice with us and had only just passed his final exam to become a qualified Electrical tradesman last week.
Our workplace will never be the same without Bailey and his passing has left a hole in our team.

Our condolences go out to Bailey's family and friends, we are thinking of you all during this time and are sending our love and light to all those affected by Bailey's passing.

Rest is peace Mate, we will miss you.

Pakenham Mercure

Bfn are excited to announce they will be teaming up with the Mercure hotel group once again to deliver a brand new 65 room hotel and restaurant in Pakenham. The team is already smashing out the initial structure of this project and look forward to completing works mid next year

[AVONDALE] by BFN Developments. The BFN team were extremely proud to deliver this beautiful project early last year. The home features exposed truss ceilings natural local rock work throughout, recycled timber flooring and a completely 'off the grid' electrical, water and waste system. The team delivered all aspects of the project to the finest detail with the help of some fantastic local contractors and suppliers #bfnbuilt

First floor pour this morning at the traralgon office building site

[PROJECT COMPLETE]
Dalkeith Hostel Extension and Refurbishment. The BFN team completed this impressive 64 bed multi-storey extension as well as a 48 bed refurbishment at Dalkeith Heights in Traralgon late last year. This impressive project features 2 storey court yards, a library, sports bar, a cafe and much more. The project awarded BFN with the 2019 Commercial builder of the year for the South East Region

Abbey Garden Aged Carr Facility in Warragul completed by the BFN team. BFN was awarded 'Regional Builder Of The Year' in 2017 for this project. Abbey Garden features 120 bedrooms with en-suites, multiple court yards, hairdressers and more
