What can you do to stop plastic before it starts to reduce plastic pollution?

Do we have a treat for your taste buds! 🤤 A deliciously guilt-free Raw Raspberry Coconut Slice. It’s gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free, yet bursting with flavour! The best part, it’s super easy to make!

ʙᴀsᴇ ɪɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛs
- 230g almonds
- 90g shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 Medjool dates

ꜰɪʟʟɪɴɢ ɪɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛs
- 300g cashews, soaked overnight
- 125mL coconut milk
- 200g raspberries
- 80mL coconut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 60mL raw honey

ᴍᴇᴛʜᴏᴅ
1. For the base, add the almonds and shredded coconut to a food processor and process until a fine crumb is achieved. Add the remaining ingredients and process until just combined.
2. Press the base into the bottom of a lined 20cm square tin.
3. For the filling, place all ingredients except the raspberries into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Remove 2/3 of the mixture and set aside.
4. Add the raspberries to the remaining mixture and blend until smooth and creamy.
5. To assemble, place spoonfuls of the two separate mixtures randomly on top of the base. Once all the mixture is used up, use a toothpick to gently swirl the two mixtures together.
6. Place the slice into the freezer for 2-3 hours until completely set.

Cranberry, Macadamia & White Chocolate Cookies are a taste sensation! Made with love and quality ingredients from The Source Bulk Foods, these cookies by are a delightful blend of sweetness and crunch.

𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐄
120g Australian organic rolled oats
1 tbsp Australian organic brown linseed, ground
60g Australian raw macadamias, chopped
90g organic cranberries, chopped
100g Australian caster sugar
2 tbsp organic maple syrup
40g Australian macadamia nut butter or cashew nut butter
1/2 tsp fine Celtic salt
60g white chocolate buttons
1 tsp organic coconut oil

120g apple puree
½ tsp bicarb soda

𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐃
1. Mix together sugar, maple syrup, nut butter and apple puree in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
3. Add wet mix to the dry mix and mix until well combined and sticky.
4. Chill for 20 minutes in freezer.
5. Place heaped tablespoons of mix onto a lined baking tray and shape into cookies.
6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden at 170℃. Cover halfway to avoid burning.
7. Leave cookies to cool.
8. Melt white chocolate and oil together, then drizzle over cookies.
