International Women’s Day 2024……..

As I work remotely today, I find myself reflecting on all of the brilliant women that I have had the pleasure of working with, at Urban IT
Each of them different. Each of them with their own unique stories. Each of them with challenges faced, challenges overcome and challenges ongoing.
Some with children, some without. Some with partners, some without.

Each of these women had their own strengths and their own areas for development as well. It’s all part of what makes us who we are now and who we are on our way to becoming.

Shouting out to all of the women, both past and present, of Urban IT - Kate, Heather, Caroline, Sharleen, Lucy, Shania, Siri, Kristie and Courtney – Thank you!

A million times over, thank you.
Whilst I have been the primary “trainer” as you each learned the ropes at Urban IT, I certainly cannot overlook what you have each taught me. They way you have supported me, kept me honest, kept me on my toes, made me laugh, made me cry! And lets be honest, they way you have each had to manage me right back! Thank you!
Some lessons I wanted to learn, some I needed to learn – All as important as each other.

I would not be who I am today without you and Urban IT would not be what it is today, without you all either.

I also want to shout out to all of the brilliant women in business that we work with – The Business Owners, the Practice Principles, the Practice Managers, the Multi-site Managers, the Receptionists, the Dental Assistants, the accounts women, the bookkeepers and the Corporate Associates – You all rock!
