The Year that was…

Today on the last day of 2023 iv been reflecting on the year that was and the growth the clinic

The clinic had record breaking months not once, not twice but five times. That’s Massive.
We introduced new treatments- learnt new skills
Our biggest hype treatment was glass skin!
(Like if you haven’t had that yet… where have you been?)
Ella completed her first year at Tafe 👏🏻
We Signed on Summer as a first year apprentice 👏🏻
Emily and Maddi Stepped up their skills and became team leaders as we opened a second clinic (yep I’m still crazy)
Soph joined the crazy work fam.
Liza and Lynn our injectors doubled their clientele in 2023 (crazy)
We worked closely with Oriole from luxus as her business closed down and we took over the space. We now have Sue and Linda in our Forster Clinic which is nice to work alongside some great businesses

We introduced new product lines and replaced ones we had. We travelled to level up skills and we partied along the way, we travelled to Melbourne, Sydney x 2, Brisbane, Port and The Gold Coast.
We won an award.

We’ve laughed and cried with our clients, we’ve advised, educated and committed to our clients journeys. We’ve transformed brows and skin, lashed for days and been involved in so many weddings this year it’s crazy.

The opening of a second clinic has been challenging and rewarding. We love the space ! We love the clients!
A lot of changes will come into play in 2024 for us to run both clinics more efficiently. Watch this space.

The biggest reflection iv had over the last weeks is how appreciative I am for YOU as a small business and a small business owner I was always intending for my business to stay that… the growth we have seen and continue to do comes from YOU choosing vanity to be your Go-to skin and beauty hub… so Thankyou!
