Today, I want to share some news about a transition in our team. One of our high performers, a key member who has significantly contributed to our success, is moving on due to personal reasons. It's a moment of mixed emotions for us - while we are sad to see them go, we fully support their decision to prioritize what's best for them and their family.

This departure brings an opportunity for fresh talent to join our dynamic team. In line with a fantastic suggestion from our departing colleague, we're not just looking for experienced hands. We're excited to open our doors to a Junior Sales/Admin Assistant.

Installers Wanted

WE ARE EXPANDING AND HIRING – LEADING HAND
We need experienced qualified floor finishers to run our crews. Salary/wage positions available for the perfect applicants.
• Predominantly commercial work and large projects.
• Namely specialising in sheet vinyl but additional skills in all aspects of flooring would be preferable: vinyl planks, carpet tile and broadloom, floor prep, grinding, polishing and seamless coatings.
• Must have good customer service skills, self-pride, attention to detail and a high-quality finish to all jobs.
• Keen to take on apprentices to train the next generation of our industry.
• At least 4 years’ experience since you finished your apprenticeship.
• Incentives:
o $70-80K base for 38hour week, plus super.
o Time and a half for your first 3 hours past 7.6 hours daily, double time thereafter.
o Additional:
 $10 per week phone allowance to use own phone or can have company phone if requested.
 Access to company vehicles with fuel cards for work use if needed.
 $22.70 daily travel allowance. Even if you are using company vehicle.
o 4 weeks annual leave – 2 weeks to be taken at Christmas closure and 2 weeks at your discretion.
o Access to 10 days sick leave annually.
o All accessories, glues, tools etc are supplied by the company.
• FYI – looking at our current “LEADING HANDS” they average 46 hours per week, the very occasional Saturday, and after base salary plus overtime and incentives they gross $120-130K a year plus super. No more invoicing your jobs or chasing payments, no more saving to pay your tax and super. You finally get to take a holiday and get paid while doing so… What do you think?
