The O'Donoghues team spent a day visiting some of their peers from Penrith Men's Walk and Talk , Sunnyfield Disability Services Orchard Hills and Sydney Children's Hospital Randwick, sharing the impact of our members' generous donations.

It was truly inspiring to meet the people behind these organizations and witness the positive change we're creating together. Thank you all for your continued support! ❤

We had a blast with the amazing team at Sunnyfield Disability Services

Our new Executive Chef, Brian, joined us for his first visit to a peer and decided to cook with some of our friends. We chose Sunnyfield as our first stop, and judging by the video, Brian and the team had a great time!

Sunnyfield aims to improve the lives of people with disabilities by providing them with options, opportunities, and life skills. Their Skills for Life program, which teaches valuable skills like cooking, takes place every Wednesday. This is just one of the many incredible initiatives that the Bexley hub offers, and we want to acknowledge our amazing members for all their contributions!

Thanks to the generous donations of $49,486 from our members, Sunnyfield has provided field trips, acquired necessary equipment, and even enjoyed a day of fruit picking.

Meet Mitch - a true local legend from up North at the Shamrock Hotel Mackay.
Mitch is a big fan of the finer things in life that the Shamrock has to offer, like a refreshing schooner of Great Northern Super Crisp and a delicious crumbed steak.

The team at Shamrock adores him because he's always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in his community. Way to go, Mitch!

Joining forces, the teams from Shamrock Hotel Mackay and The Grove hosted a Publinc breakfast.
The event was attended by Mackay Animal Rescue Society, CQ Rescue, and Broken Ballerina Inc. With three shared peers between our two Mackay pubs, this was the perfect opportunity to come together and enjoy great company.

Jasper and Wally have some stories to tell! From wild nights to weddings, they've seen it all at The Shafston Hotel.
These two have been locals for 78 years, with the memory of watching someone fall off the veranda without spilling a drop of their drink 30 years ago being one of their favourite shared memories.

The bond between pub-goers is like no other. Just ask these two larkins who have found lifelong friendships through their love of the local pub. Cheers to the power of a pub community! 🍻

Our friends from Sunnyfield Disability Services Guilford, Parramatta, and Orchard Hills recently went to see the Rocky Horror Picture Show. They had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed singing along to their favorite songs!

Our friends at Eden Brewhouse hosted a community night to remember!
It was an awesome night of connection, with , headspace Inala and Labrador Retriever Rescue Australia and Red Hookers Fishing Club coming to show their support.

Coming together to enjoy great food, music, and company was the perfect way to celebrate the $50,000 Eden's members have pledged to our peers.

While the team had everyone in the pub, they thought it was a good time to show off their cake game and surprise Mairi for her 30th birthday! 🎂

Introducing our new Publinc Peers The Girls & Boys Brigade!

Joining the Publinc Family at Courthouse Hotel Darlinghurst , Girls and Boys Brigade supports 150 children, youth, and their families with their free services. From after-school care and vacation care, to homework programs and weekend camps – They provide a safe and supportive place for kids and teens to learn, play and grow.

Over 150 Easter Care Packs were packed last week, as the team at The Australian Hotel & Brewery had the pleasure of joining forces with Kids With Cancer Foundation Australia.

The team was thrilled to give the wonderful team at Kids With Cancer a helping hand, as they prepare to spread these care packages to children across hospitals who won't get to celebrate Easter at home.

We love watching the Kids With Cancer at work, and were delighted to be able to contribute in whatever way we could!

The Silver Coin Project supports Macarthur’s primary schools by assisting disadvantaged students by purchasing uniforms and paying for trips, shoes, lunches, scholarships, camps, and more.

A long-time dream for these legends was to have a place to call their own and we are so excited that their dreams have come true!

Brightside Education Centre will offer free after-school tutoring to kids who are falling behind at school as well as mentoring and resilience groups.

Our awesome friends at Talk2MeBro have started to host fortnightly ice baths for the ladies.

Jaymee, Danni and Kirsty took an icy plunge with an amazing group of women for the first time on Friday.

The session kicked off with a relaxing breath work session following by an icy dip and a much needed hot coffee all provided for free by .

The girls left feeling mentally sharp, empowered and invigorated.

As Sydney World Pride Month 2023 draws to an end, we reflect on the incredible community spirit that has been showcased throughout the month. From the colorful and uplifting parade to the powerful speeches and events all over Sydney.
