On International Women’s Day I reflect and am so grateful and thankful for the women who have supported me in my journey, mentored me, believed in me and the women who have been vulnerable and trusted me to allow me to guide them in their fitness and wellbeing journey. To my number one supporter @tanyahanouch and to my sister Michelle, who never got to fulfil her dream to work with people to nourish themselves.
