At one of my workshops yesterday, we had some great conversations about beliefs. How do you change an unwanted belief when it seems like it's true? One very effective way I've found is to share the belief with a trusted person. This can help you get out of your head and see the "untruth" in what you've been carrying around. It can be too easy to spiral into dark places when all we have is the critical voices inside our heads.
