🤩 The Leighton 🤩 Perrott Painting were pleased to be awarded the contract for the external repainting of "The Leighton". A high-end residential strata scheme located on the ocean front in North Fremantle. The external walls of the scheme had been finished in a very porous acrylic texture. The owners requested a Dulux coating specification, comprising 1x coat of Acraprime and 2x coats of Acrashield for all of the unpainted texture. The upper areas were accessed using a variety of access methods including EWP and scaffolding. In some cases, access was required through apartments and onto balconies, which required a high level of communication from all parties. Works also included patching of several cracks and delaminating texture. Patching was sampled and signed off by the owners, prior to commencement. The project was completed to a very high standard and the owners are very pleased with the end result.

🤩Concerto Apartments at St Ives, Murdoch🤩 Perrott Painting were awarded the contract to repaint the complete exterior of Concerto Apartments at St Ives, Murdoch after a very extensive and comprehensive tender process. The external walls of the property were originally finished with a porous acrylic texture. To achieve outstanding results, we applied a carefully selected coating system consisting of one primer coat and two topcoats of elastomeric membrane. This meticulous application process allowed us to achieve exceptional coverage without any unsightly 'picture-framing' effects. Additionally, all steelwork received a two-pack protective coating to ensure lasting durability. In order to access upper areas efficiently and safely, we utilized a range of Elevated Work Platforms (EWPs), including our own OMME lift. We take great pride in the successful completion of this project, and the remarkable results stand as a testament to our commitment to excellence in every job we undertake.

🏢 IN FOCUS – Adagio, Perth 🏢 We are excited to share with you the recent project we undertook to repaint the Adagio Apartments in East Perth. Adagio, which means "slowly" in Italian, was the perfect inspiration for our approach to this project. We used a swing stage scaffold to ensure the safety of our team and the residents of the 23-level, 119-apartment complex situated at 90 Terrace Road, East Perth. Our methodical approach allowed us to take our time and pay attention to every detail, ensuring that the final product was nothing short of stunning. Overlooking the beautiful Swan River, Adagio is a true gem in the heart of Perth. Our team took great care to respect the building's architectural style and history while applying a fresh coat of paint. The result is a beautiful and refreshed building that fits perfectly into its surroundings. 🐚IN FOCUS – Seashells, Scarborough🐚 This apartment complex by the beach needed a fresh coat of paint. The owners of the building knew that this would not only improve the appearance but protect it from the harsh salt air that can cause the underlying coatings & substrates to deteriorate over time. Reaching the upper areas of this busy strata property with minimal disruption to the residence was of utmost importance.
