Our Olympic Weightlifting Class, designed for those looking to improve on the technical aspects of their weightlifting, or use as a strength and power development component to improve in their chosen sport.

This class is capped smaller than all our other classes, ensuring that each member gets that one-to-one attention needed to improve on their lifting skills and achieve the results they’re after. This means it is absolutely necessary to pre-book in your class so you do not miss out!

Last week we took part in the fundraising event with a bunch of other gyms across AUS and NZ, raising collectively over $330,172!

The event featured 24 Hero workouts, completed every hour on the hour, over a 24 hour period. Dedicated to Veterans and First Responders living with PTSD or those that have passed in the line of duty, we honoured them.

24 Hours of Heroes is a community-based fitness event raising funds and awareness for Veterans and First Responders living with Operational Stress Injuries.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This Saturday we will be joining many other gyms in Australia and New Zealand for a 24 Hour event, 24 workouts, every hour on the hour, raising funds for  . This charity helps veterans and their families in crisis, they house, feed, and help get veterans back on their feet.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All workouts are live on the POWR FITNESS APP, drop ins and casuals are welcome! Bring in a cash donation, book your session in via our app and we’ll see you there!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (S&C) GROUP CLASSES
The Strength & Conditioning class is a 1 hour class program designed to improve strength & power, build muscle, improve the cardiovascular system and change body composition.

These sessions are designed to:
* Increase strength of the entire body
* Increase muscle mass
* Increase fitness and conditioning level
* Improve posture and functional strength
* Improve sporting performance
* Change body composition

METCON30 (MC30) GROUP CLASSES
MetCon30 (Metabolic Conditioning) is a 30 minute class involving a very high work rate, using exercises designed to burn more calories during your workout and maximise calories burned after your workout, or your ‘afterburn’.
