We're challenging you to take 30 minutes outside for 30 days to connect with the outdoors and raise funds for mental health. Sounds easy? With busy schedules and conflicting priorities, we often don't make enough time for our wellbeing.
This September, Stride Outside is an opportunity to create some healthy habits. Whether it's a stroll through the park, an ocean dip, or a moment of quiet reflection in the garden, the choice of outdoor activity is up to you.

This year, we held a NAIDOC T-Shirt design competition, and the winner of the competition was a young Stride participant. Their incredible artwork reflects this year's NAIDOC theme: "Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud".
"My NAIDOC T-shirt design shows a fire in the middle, representing the flag. The designs around the fire show day at the top and night at the bottom. The top right is Torres Strait artwork, and the other sections represent different Koori and Murri mobs and their connections. The centre-right section symbolises the sea."
Our staff are proud to wear these shirts throughout NAIDOC Week.
