Have you heard of @headspace's Youth Reference Group (YRG)? Led by a group of volunteers aged 16-25 who care about youth mental health, headspace consults the YRG, giving their perspectives and helping make their work affirming for young people. The YRG also: ✔️ Runs stalls at festivals, community events, youth groups and schools to promote mental health. ✔️ Organises youth events. ✔️ Manages social media. ✔️ Meets with other organisations to provide youth perspectives.
