Yesterday was a wonderful enriching day spent at St Peter's Girls School working with the Y6 girls on their 'Leadership' curriculum. We delved into transferable skills from games to real life, exploring metacognitive models of thinking and strategies. It was fascinating to focus on visioning, planning, initiative, thinking ahead, responding to changing needs, empathy, and leveraging the strengths of any team.
Indeed, games are microcosms of life.

I am visiting Far North Queensland to work with my partner school Ingham State High School!!!

I am in Cairns and Townsville over the next week centred around a visit to Ingham State High School (on Wednesday 19th April) with whom I have enjoyed an impactful partnership since 2018.

I would love an opportunity to meet with school leaders and educators in Cairns on either Monday or Tuesday and Townsville on Thursday and Friday before I fly out.
