Two platters I made today.

There are frittatas and then there is the Catering by BAM frittata. This beauty I made last night is 5.4kg.
Has crispy bacon, baked potato & pumpkin, spinach, asparagus, broccolini, mushroom, chargrilled capsicum, spring onion, 20 eggs, cream, Parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella cheese and seasonings.
All individually made with quality ingredients, your favourite fresh veggies of choice, eggs, cream, Parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella cheese and seasonings. Can add crispy bacon or chicken to frittata or keep it vegetarian. Vegan available.
2.8kg is $55.00 or 5.4kg is $95.00
