Vacant Position - FULL TIME
Sales / Deliveries.
Due to the rapid expansion of Our customer base we are looking for an additional Team Member who will perform both in-store and outside sales & Deliveries as well as basic office administration roles.
Importantly your role will, as a MUST, be able to provide every customer with good old fashioned customer service above all.
You will:-
✅ Offer respect and honesty in selling only the right products,
✅ Do what you promise customers you will do,
✅ Only sell what is required to do any job, and,
✅ Importantly do your best to maintain the confidence of every single customer.
Ideally, but certainly not essential, is some knowledge of paint - automotive (PPG), architectural (Taubmans) or Industrial and a basic knowledge of record keeping.
You may not know much about paint but if your keen to learn and grow with the business then the training is easy!
The new person will be trained up and will also:-
✅ Service select customers in our rapidly growing retail & wholesale customer base throughout Wagga and the Riverina.
✅ Provide our customers with sales and technical support, training and product guidance.
✅ Learn how to prepare sales orders, quotes and proposals for retail and wholesale customers.
✅ Provide our customers with the features and benefits of our large range of products.
✅ Data entry, stock ordering and inventory management.
✅ Working at special events on selected weekends to promote the range of products we sell as required. Saturday work will be involved on rotation.
✅ Some day travel may be involved travelling up to a 2 hour radius of Wagga.
The successful applicant will possess, or be super willing to be trained in the following skills and attributes:-
✅ Competent computer skills. Must be a gun or really keen to master social media.
✅ VERY Strong Customer Service values and morals.
✅ Ability to work well as a team member. It’s a fun place to work!
✅ High energy and enthusiasm.
⚠️ A current Manual Drivers Licence is a mandatory condition of your employment - no licence = no job.
