Band Jumper and Shirt Day at Pearl Home Care Murrumbidgee🎤🥁🎸

Today, Pearl Home Care Murrumbidgee staff wore their favourite bands to raise awareness and funds for the Wagga Women's Health Centre Inc. 👩🏾‍🦰🤱🏿🧕🏻

We are pleased to donate $500.00 to the Wagga Women's Health Centre! This donation will contribute to important and necessary services that the Wagga Women's Health Centre does for the Women in Wagga and surrounding communities 😀

It was a great day listening to our favourite bands and we look forward to our next fundraiser!🤘

Margaret King has joined the Pearl Home Care Murrumbidgee team in Griffith as a Care Coordinator for Griffith, Leeton, Narrandera and surrounding towns.

With four years’ experience in Aged Care, Margaret also has extensive links with the Griffith local community from previous roles and from many years volunteering as Chair of the Local Health Advisory Community, Meals on Wheels and Carevan.

Margaret is a Griffith local and is married with four children and four grandchildren. She enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

2024 National Carers Week Grants 🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️✨

Carers NSW is offering grants up to $500 for carer groups and organisations to celebrate and recognise carers in their local community, thanks to ongoing funding from the NSW Government's Department of Communities and Justice.

If you or someone you know who is a carer, this information session will discuss what you need to know about applying for a grant.

Meet our Members Pearl Home Care Murrumbidgee 🌟

Established in 2023, Pearl Home Care Murrumbidgee, locally owned and operated by Matt and Emily Watts (Wagga Wagga Residents), provides high quality care and support to care recipients requiring assistance in our community.

An approved aged care and registered NDIS provider who assist people in their homes and communities with a range of activities, such as personal care supports, domestic assistance, transport, social and community access among other supports.

Pearl Home Care Murrumbidgee provides services across the Murrumbidgee and have staff located in Wagga, Griffith, Albury, Junee, Leeton, Narrandera and Adelong. With over 40 qualified and experienced staff, including a Registered Nurse, Care Coordinators, Schedulers and Care Workers, they work with care recipients to set goals, gain confidence, complete tasks more easily and enhance their social connections and wellbeing.

One year ago today marks the start of Pearl Home Care Murrumbidgee 🙌

Here are a number of key moments that we are proud of in 2023:
🌟 We started in the spare bedroom in our home then made the move to an office in Wagga in May 2023.
🌟 We hired fantastic staff in Wagga, Griffith, Albury, Junee, Yerong Creek and Tarcutta who provide a wonderful service to our consumers and participants.
🌟 We made wonderful connections with consumers, participants and providers who work in the NDIS and Aged Care industry.

We are so proud of the year that 2023 was, our goals for 2024 and beyond, our staff and the service that Pearl Home Care Murrumbidgee provides.
