Last Thursday, we held a 'Keg for a Cause' to raise funds for Melissa Carr, a single mother undergoing her second round of leukemia treatment and will spend the next two months in St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney.
The proceeds from every Great Northern sale on Thursday have been donated to Melissa and her family as she continues her battle with Leukemia.
The funds raised will support her and her family through this tough time by providing access to accommodation facilities, childcare services and other neccessities to get her through this tough time.

The Rom’s family would like to wish Melissa all the best as she continues her battle and are happy to be able to help our local community members that are in need.

Its Fathers Day this weekend so this week at Rom’s we are highlighting some of the amazing men that walk out their doors every morning saying goodbye to their families to come and spend their days working here at Rom’s! ❤️

The first Father in the spotlight is our accounts manager Dan. Dan is our money man - he’s basically the glue that holds us together, he works tirelessly behind the scenes everyday and we cannot thank him enough for all the work he does 👏🏼
