This role is a full time position, hours 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Your duties may include but are not limited to:
• All incoming and outgoing correspondences.
• Answering the phone, handling customer queries and directing calls.
• Assisting customers with bookings and service scheduling over the phone, in person and via email.
• Workshop service administrative duties.
• Data entry.
• Invoicing.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Greeting and assisting visitors.
We are looking for an individual with the following attributes.
• Highly driven and enthusiastic.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Professional phone manner.

Experience in the industry preferred but not essential, on the job training will be provided.
