Billy and Indy 🥰 (it was impossible to get a photo of them looking up 🥴)
Best of buds these two! Two different owners but they see each other on the regular and are inseparable. 🩷
Billy and daisy 🐶 🐶
My longest clients. I’ve been looking after these two every week for 4.5 years now 🩷 I did actually start off with just Billy for awhile until Daisy came along.
I’ve always loved how they two completely different colours. Billy was the first collie I had ever met whose fur was this tan colour.
How good has this sun been the last couple of days ☀️

Has everyone been to the festival of W yet? I’ve taken my cat twice this week (just in the car) to watch the lights. I wasn’t sure how she’d react, if she’d be scared or not give two sh*ts🤪 but she is SO content and mesmerised.
She really loves the car if she’s not in her carrier and can watch everything going on.

The cats in my street must think I’m the coolest 🐱mine doesn’t though
Bella (top photo)
Melody (bottom)
Same age, almost 20 years apart.
Some of you may have seen my post last week about my kitten I adopted, Melody. Truth be told the only reason I adopted her was because I saw a glimpse of my Bella. I refused to get a pet and didn’t plan on it, but once I saw this little kitten pop up it felt right.
They definitely have different markings. Bella had a cream nose whereas Melly has black. Melody also has white ‘socks’ both feed which Bella didn’t. From behind they look identical and now that Mellys getting bigger and bigger she’s looking more and more like Bella.
She reminds me A LOT like Bella. Of course she has her own unique personality, but a lot of it reminds me of how Bella was. Although it can also be a torti thing 🤪😂
Early on there were moments when I felt like I had a glimpse of Bella and flashbacks from when she was young. I like to think a bit of Bella is in Melody!
I always thought it would be sad getting a pet after mine died, but if anything it’s made me appreciate Bella and Leela more. It was gut wrenching ending a chapter with them, but now I have something to look forward to and so many years of new memories.
(Leela and Bella died at 16 and 19, so she’s already been told she has YEARS and years and I expect a minimum of 18 years from her!) my other cat Marley who lives at my parents just turned 15 and she also knows the terms and conditions, she will be living to 18!
Bella’s nickname was ‘Smelly Belly’ and Belly most times. Melody is ‘Smelly Melly’ and Melly.

Does anyone else have a dog that HATES coats/ jackets?
I remember my dog hates hers and in her sleep she would have limbs sticking out everywhere. She definitely wriggled out of a few in the past. But she would shiver if she didn’t have it on 😂
Picture of Sam looking handsome is his! (Not that he likes it 🤪) poor Sam likes to be warm but he’s not a fan of his coat!
HOLIDAY UPDATE 🥰
BOOKED OUT- 12th-14th
LIMITED SPOTS- 15th-18th

Found these two photos on my camera roll tonight. 🥰
My favourite thing about dogs is their happy face and individual quirks.
I’ve also found out that people seem to either love or hmm let’s just say not love heelers so much!
Both trying to sneak in for a picture 😍😍
Are you planning on going away these school holidays and need a pet sitter? Holidays have officially begun and I have a few spots left that are going fast!
FIRST WEEK- ONE spot left
SECOND WEEK- 3 spots left! (New clients welcome too)
Message me if you are interested in booking and secure a spot. 🥰
✨✨Meet Melody✨✨ aka Melly 🐈
Some of you may already know that recently I adopted a kitten. I said I wouldn’t get another pet again and wasn’t ready, but I came across this kitten at the pound and it reminded me so much of my late Bella.. I see a lot of cats advertised around the pound, but when I saw this one there was something about her. I didn’t apply for her at first, but once I saw people commenting on her post it made me realise how much I wanted her and panicked at the thought of her not being mine.
Melody has been living with me for a couple of months now and can honestly say she has healed this part of me and the missing feeling I had of my childhood pets.
Cant wait to start sharing more of Melly with you all. 🥰
🩷SCHOOL HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY UPDATE🩷
It seems I have jinxed myself! I posted a few days ago that I had been sick and was finally better.. well turns out I did feel better for a few days, a week even! And now it’s come back with a vengeance.
Nonetheless I am still working and taking bookings. I am however not available for anymore meet and greets for new clients until after the 9th of July.
I do still have very limited spots left for the first and second week of school holidays.
New clients are welcome to book from the 10th onwards so we can arrange a meet and greet.
Some of you may have noticed I’ve been a bit MIA lately, especially off social media! And that’s because I have.. I moved house and then I’ve been sick after sick and needed some time to sort out my mental and physical health. I’ve still been here and working, just not taking on as much.
I have availability for the July school holidays and are currently taking bookings.
Ps I’m still going through any messages and emails I may have accidentally missed and responding to enquiries.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but this year has reallyyy thrown me off off with Easter being March. It’s come by so fast and has personally come at an inconvenient time.
The last two days I think my phone has been buzzing with messages/ calls from social media and text, it’s hard to keep up with 🤪
I will be posting more over this long weekend and will be doing something fun next weekend too.
One whole year without you both by my side 🌈🩷
I cannot believe it’s been a whole year without the two of you. Last year was by far the toughest year with losing my cat, dog and Nan within the space of a week.
I still talk about Leela and Bella as if they were still here and I refer to them as if they still are. The reason for this is because I still feel this way. Although they may not physically be on this earth, they are still my babies. My babies I had for 16 and 19 years of my life. I will always think of them as my pets that I still have.
Everytime I see a photo of them or something that reminds me of them I smile and like to think they are still around me. Some days it still hurts like hell but most days I’m happy. I’m happy because they both lived such long beautiful lives. My pets were spoilt and were happy animals. They didn’t suffer and by a miracle they never really got sick, I got extremely lucky there.
When they passed I found my job tough. My job is to look after other people’s pets. Even taking a dog for a walk I would see so many happy people with their dogs and I couldn’t help but feel so angry. Even though I had 16/19 long years with my pets that was now gone. Last year was also my biggest year with clients pets passing, some of which I’d known as regulars. I felt like not only I was grieving my own pets but I was grieving other pets that I thought of as my friends.
Although my dog was old, I truly forgot how old she was and in my mind she had years left. I think you tend to think ‘that day will come ONE day, but not now.’
My cat Bella passed away peacefully in her sleep at home. I knew Bella had made the decision for me. The day before I was struggling to come to terms with making the decision to put her to sleep. I was up all night sick with stress dreading that phone call in the morning. When I woke up she had peacefully passed in her sleep in her warm bed, she just looked at peace.
Leela needed our help to pass over but I knew it was time as much as I didn’t want it to be and I know she knew it was her time and was so so ready.
Because my babies died one day apart (nice timing..) they got to be cremated together which I love, but also find hilarious. My dog really didn’t like Bella and I could just imagine my dog not impressed she was put in with my cat.
I miss them like crazy and I would do absolutely anything to give them a big cuddle! I hope we will meet again some day. I still look out for signs from them. The day after they died I went to read a book and opened a random chapter, one of the girls names was Leila and the author was a Bella. It might sound crazy to some but I like to think that was a sign from them. 🌈
