Yesterdays club day was a success Fun had by all. There were 8 cars in open varying from race touring cars to a buggy on road tires.

Saw improvements across the board, we'll have arron winning Kyosho soon after only 4 club days.

Can't wait to do it all again in a fortnight.

Presidents Report for year ending 2022 / 23 - Just a thank you to all the members and partners who supported me over the past year. I have enjoyed every minute with some of the best people. My time is up and time for a person with more energy and committed to take over a club which has a big future in Radio Control cars in the Northeast. attached letter - thanks Ron Lugg

The NERCCC Annual general meeting to be held on the 8th July 2023 starting at 10.0 am in the Wangaratta CWA MEETING HALL - 17 Templeton Street alongside RADIO STATION 3NE. ALL members and friends are welcome to attend. DEPENDING ON THE WEATHER we can meet and race at the track from 1.00p.m. and spend the rest of the day enjoying our hobby. Membership's will be due for the 2023 / 24 year. see you all there.

As last Saturdays meeting was cancelled, due to the wet, Wangaratta's car club's meeting place at Clydes was just the spot, warm and cozy, great morning was had by all then chatting at the track exchanging ideas, watching juniors playing in the puddles. Very social morning should be more of these days, see what happen in the coming weeks. Do forget next meeting will also be the AGM, NOMINATE NOW, remember you must be a financial member to vote, 2023 / 24 memberships will start now, must sign the Code of conduct form then the membership form. See cliff as he is on the ball also will nominate for next years treasurer, so we need a President and secretary nominations plus committee, make sure you can spend hours helping out and promoting the club moving forward.

I am calling tomorow's 24 june --race day off due to the weather - we can all meet at Clydes, just around the corner in Murdock rd for coffee at 10.0 am. hope to see you there.

June 10th - Another great day, big turn out, cool morning then sunny weather, track had 3 blowers thanks to the members who came early. Kyosho class was hectic with Arron,Tyler and Robert at it, Cliff returning from 8 weeks holiday was a bit rusty. 21.5 is getting bigger, will get even bigger with the return of the state members who did well in Geelong, special note, was Matt who started 10th in each final to finish 2nd in each of his finals, was good to watch live from Geelong. Next meeting is the 24th June - AGM THE 8TH JULY, PUT YOUR HAND UP for a position moving the club forward.
Don't forget to look at our YOURTUBE 6min video, could do with some more pictures, for all to see us moving forward as a club.

CLUB RACING this Saturday 10th June, starting 9.0 track check and clean, 1st race 10.0a.m - order - Kyosho, Tamiya, 21.5, open/ nonrestrictive , F1 Mini. Its going to be sunny day, hope to see you all there, we welcome anyone with a Radio control car to join in. wishing members competing at the state championship, all the best, will keep an eye on the results over the weekend.
CLUB AGM will be held after the club meeting on Saturday 8th July, all position will be declared open for reelection. Lets keep moving forward. Thanks again to all our sponsors - A big meeting at Winton this weekend,

27th May - Another great day was had, bit fresh at 8 degrees to start, good roll up for a cold morning. Sun did come out later, Thanks to Gary for track maintenance, special thanks to Belinda for operating the kitchen, the free Hot Dogs worked wonders. Kyosho numbers are growing with Steve and Arron now looking good with pace. Tamiya TT01/2 growing, still need more, get those ones outa shed and dust them off. With 2 members heading down to Geelong next meeting we wish them all the best and will keep an eye on the results and report. The AGM is coming up soon we need fresh blood on the committee please help out by thinking what you can do to help keep the club moving forward. This Wednesday24th May - test and Tune 11.0 am till 12. midday - If you have a radio control car of any electric type you are All welcome to join in.
