Sorry if I’ve seemed alittle MIA lately, I’m currently on a well deserved vacation in New Zealand. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who has been getting behind me and my little dream biz. The support from each and everyone of you has been so incredible. For all my OG followers you will be happy to know that very soon I’ll be back baking the loaded cookies I first started doing in 2020.

Hello everyone,
My name is Danielle and this is my baking page for Phat Rosies.

I originally started doing loaded cookies which unfortunately due to a change of location I don’t have the right equipment to do them at the moment. I’ve started making loaded chocolate brownies and I can ensure they are of the same quality and are absolutely delicious. If you have a favourite chocolate or biscuit I can turn that into an afternoon treat or a birthday cake to share. With different flavours and combinations the options are endless.

Here is a bit about me:
I’m 28 years old and have been working in kitchens since I was 14. I’m a qualified chef who has spent the last 8 years doing snow seasons at Mt Hotham, Victoria. I’ve always had a passion for baking but I never pursued that avenue of my career. Until now; It was time for me to give up the hustle of the snow season life and to move back to my home town of Wangaratta to live with my partner. I started baking cookies during the lockdowns, it was a good use of time between only doing takeaway food. I find baking keeps me calm and helps me switch off and de stress. It’s a happy place for me and I absolutely love everyone getting joy out of freshly baked goods. I’ve always had a sweet tooth and anyone who knows me would know I always have a snack packed in my bag for “an emergency”.
I’ve gone from working 60hr weeks in busy crazy kitchens to working a part time job making pizzas. I now have lots of spare time to put my heart and soul into something I’ve always wanted to do.

So here it is, Phat Rosies !!
