An exciting opportunity exists for experienced Drillers to join a well-respected, highly sought after Mineral Exploration, Water Well and Environmental Drilling company. The successful applicants will be working on Mud Rotary, Air Rotary and Dual Rotary Rigs throughout Victoria.

Candidates for this role must possess the following attributes and skill sets to be considered;

• Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and physically fit.
• Able to work in a team.
• Hold a current Heavy Rigid Truck Licence and have truck
driving experience.
• Be able to pass a Pre- Employment Medical/Drug and
Alcohol test and regular drug and alcohol screening.
• Provide valid national police clearance
• Be flexible towards working away from home on shift
rosters and roster changes.
• Commitment to Workplace Health and Safety and
Environmental issues.
• Must have machinery operation and maintenance
knowledge.
• Minimum Class 2 Victorian Drillers Licence

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining and servicing of drilling rigs and a variety of associated drilling equipment including:
• 600hp+ mud pumps
• Large air compressors
• Earth moving equipment
• Heavy trucks and trailers
• Assist in design and fabrication of custom equipment

Candidates for this role must;
- Be highly motivated, physically fit
and enthusiastic
- Manage workload allocations, daily
operations and maintenance of
machinery and associated
equipment
- Implement and organise
maintenance schedules and record
keeping
- Hold an Engineering trade
qualification preferably Fitter
Turner, Diesel Mechanic or
equivalent
- Have a minimum of Heavy Rigid
truck licence
