We had a chat with our member Andrew to get to know a little bit about his health and fitness journey! Andrew may only be in his first handful of chapters of his story, but its just too good not to share!

" I started my weight loss journey in January this year but didn't see much progress. So in February, I joined Anytime Fitness to surround myself with the type of person I wanted to become.
The members of AF have been an ispiration for me to keep motivated both males and females, you're all champions!
I joined weighing in at 104kg 3XL clothing, and in only 4 short months of strength training and the occasional cardio, I am now 78kg and wearing size small clothing!
I've also stopped snoring, I don't fall asleep after dinner and have the energy to spend time with my two kids"

Its been an absolute pleasure to take a front row seat through the journey so far!
