We finished off some vinyl planks in a house in Chiltern today, I asked the owner how long she had lived in the house, "oh 40 something years, I've lost count" I commented on the stone work, and she gave me some history that the stones came from the original Wangaratta sale yards. The yellow paint was marking paint used to mark the cows, she said "it's been a long time since that cow passed through the gates"
