Young man with no helmet, on a unregistered peewee 50cc offroad bike, going around stopped cars through red light, did same next set of lights ( went around a truck in right turn lane) at high school then went on king st roundabout up hillsbrough road on rear tyre only!

DOUBLE DEMERITS THIS EASTER LONG WEEKEND

The only thing we should be hopeful for this Easter is chocolate and hot cross buns, not fines and lost demerit points.

Double Demerits will apply from tomorrow Thursday 6th April - Monday 10th April inclusive.

Follow the road rules, drive to the conditions especially if it's wet, don't drink and drive and take a break if you are fatigued.
