Big thanks to everyone who came out last week and tried our take home meals. The smoked brisket & pulled pork were a hit! In the future we’ll start adding weekly specials to the rotation.

And we’re back! After a little time away it’s been great to fire up the smokers again.
This Saturday we’ll be joining Warrnambool’s Solstice Party from 2-8 at Lake Pertobe. We’ll have all the hits; brisket, pulled pork, ribs, and charcoal chicken.
We’ve also got some exciting news coming down the line… So, stay tuned for more info!

Any excuse to get up into the Grampians is a good one. This weekend is going to be killer at The Grape Escape!

We do custom BBQ catering for any type of event. This platter we loaded up last week came with;

We’re off to Folkie! But, first stop Noodledoof!

Thursday evening we’ll be firing up the smoker while Stuart Joel Nugget and Evie Mae bring the heat at Noodledoof brewery.

Then Saturday & Sunday we’ll be set up in Port Fairy at Railway Place for the Port Fairy Folk Festival.

It’s gonna be a killer weekend. Looking forward to it!

We’ll be at the Heytesbury Agricultural Show this Saturday slinging some old faves on the offset. Then back on Sunday. Come by & say hi!
