SWAS participants are invited to join us this Sunday 15th of September to gain a valuable insight into their development as an aspiring young athlete.

This is a chance for our athletes to see how far they have come in 2024 and take the opportunity to set new goals as we move towards 2025.

SWAS ASCEND Tennis Athletes will be taking part in a joint training session with WestVic this Sunday 8th of September at Hamilton Lawn Tennis Club.

The session will commence at 12pm and conclude at approximately 2pm.

Our first ASCEND Clay Target Shooting session will be taking place this Saturday 31st of August from 10am - 2pm at Noorat Gun Club.

If you are yet to submit your athlete contract and payment please be sure to do so before the day

A reminder that Parents/Guardians are required to be present as per junior licencing requirements

Clay Target Shooting that was originally scheduled for today, Sunday the 25th of August will be rescheduled - we will notify you of an alternative date in the next few days.

2024 Victoria Junior Road Nationals team announced | AusCycling AusCycling is pleased to announce the Victoria squad of junior road cyclists to compete at the 2024 AusCycling Masters and Junior Road National Championships in Loxton, South Australia from September 19–22.

With our athletes being young adults, SWAS takes its responsibilities around the Child Safe Standards seriously. We are committed to ensuring that young people who participate in SWAS have a safe and happy experience, and now have a whole webpage with links to resources and support, as well as listing helplines and SWAS policies.

Trap Women's Qualification - Shooting | Paris 2024 Olympics Official results for Olympic Shooting Trap Women's Qualification at the Paris 2024 Olympics (Jul 26-Aug 11, 2024)

Join us this Sunday 4th of August for our APEX launch event at Deakin University open day to hear from VIS athlete, Miriana Perkins!

Miriana hails from Hamilton and competes in Aerial Skiing where she represented Australia at the 2023 FIS Junior World Championships in Austria. She was also an Australian Gymnastics team member before switching to aerial skiing in 2020.

Miriana will be joining our other guest athletes in a Q&A session to speak about her experiences as an emerging young athlete.

We strongly encourage all community members to attend to hear from Miriana and our other star guest speakers.

Congratulations to former SWAS Netballers Indi O'Connor and Shelby O'Sullivan for your selection in the Victorian State Squad, along with other south west players Eva Ryan, Piper Stephens and Ruby McKinley!

Laetisha is a 3 time Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist and has represented Australia at the Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

Laetisha is one of our three star athletes who will be joining us on the day and will be part of a Q&A session to speak on her decorated career.

All members of the community are welcome for what will be a fantastic event.

Andrew is a 2 time Gold Medal winner in wheelchair rugby who has represented Australia at the London 2012, Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 Paralympic games.

The Steelers' star will be joining us for a Q&A session to share his experiences representing our country at the highest level.
