Hi To All our clients,

We had a staff member leave recently of his own accord, to persue his own interests, which he is entitled to do.

It has come to our attention that the ex employee in the last couple of days has sent text messages, out to some of our clients, exact number is not known.

The ex employee removed client names and phone numbers from our business with no authority from us and more importantly no permission from yourself as clients, he does not have your permission to hold those personal details.

He has recorded the names and numbers without our permission or knowledge, we believe that it is a breach of the Privacy Act as your personal information was given to Orchid Thai, not this individual.

We value your privacy, and are extremly dispointed that this individual has taken this action to further himself, without doing the hard yards.

We appolgise for this happening and we will be looking into avenues of legal action that we are able to take.

Steps have been taken to ensure that this does not happen again, if you would like to discuss any further please give Phillip or Jay a call at the salon.
