Great stories happen here every day

Lyndoch Living is more than just an aged care home with a great view! As a not-for-profit organisation Lyndoch Living has been shaped by our direct links with the community. Historically, we can show that our growth as an organisation coincides with the requirements and expectations of the community we serve – the great South West of Victoria. Lyndoch Living's successful delivery of its diverse range of services is largely due to the calibre of our team. Our people are the key to us being able to achieve and exceed best practice in our industry. Lyndoch’s governance structure is managed by our Executive team which is overseen by a Board of nine members from the broader community. Through this collaboration we are always able to achieve while staying focused on the importance of our guiding mission and core objectives. Both our Board and Executive team harbour a wealth of industry knowledge and management experience, which keeps Lyndoch Living on the path to success and motivates us to continuously strive for the provision of high levels of care and service and connectedness within our community. Lyndoch Living’s support services have grown and developed significantly since its humble beginnings. Now offering a variety of specialised and tailored support services that focus on addressing the needs of people living at home, Lyndoch Living hope to reduce early or inappropriate admission to a residential care facility. We work closely with clients and families/carers to identify their unique needs, and addressing them using a range of support services available from Lyndoch, or resources within the community. Several services are offered to clients across the southwest region throughout the five municipalities of Warrnambool, Corangamite, Moyne, Glenelg and Southern Grampians. The type of provisions supplied within each support service cover a wide range of assistance, enabling people to function at their optimal level within their community. Our community is growing and now includes a 40 bed hostel, the May Noonan Centre by Lyndoch Living located in Terang, the Warrnambool Medical Clinic by Lyndoch Living as part of our expanded Lyndoch HealthCare Pty Ltd and the exciting new health centre being built (commencing in 2020) at the Hopkins Road Warrnambool site under the redevelopment Masterplan.
