This traditional cloth matured cheddar was recently awarded GOLD at the Royal Queensland Cheese & Dairy Awards 2024.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​This would be one of my all-time favourite cheeses, and I am looking forward to visiting them in Tasmania later in the year.
